Pumpkin Spice Protein Doughnuts
Ingredients:
1 package of Lil Buff Mix (60g) (Pump-it-up Spice, Gingershred Man, or Fit-Fetti)
1/2 C Pumpkin Puree
1 whole egg
1/4 C unsweetened cashew milk
*If using fit fetti, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Stir together and place in greased mini angel food pan or doughnut pan
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
Topping: Mix 50/50 cinnamon and sweetener of your choice. We used xylitol.
