OMG. This is the best thing I have ever tasted...if your on the fence...buy it! I almost never leave reviews but it was that good that I had to share. I am not a bot or fake user...I stumbled upon lil buff via a facebook ad and decided to try it...I haven't been disappointed! I am trying to be gluten and dairy free so I get their vegan cakes...the only downside is the sugar is higher than I would like but it def hits the spot when craving a sweet dessert. This frosting is AMAZING! There are no artificial sweeteners in it, but it is still low carb and comes with fiber/protein to help prevent insulin spikes. Super creamy. I use it as a substitute for syrup with my pancakes and it feels like I'm eating a cake for breakfast! 10/10--also recommending to my friends.

This picture doesn't do this treat justice! I love Lil Buff Protein! I'm currently on prep for a bikini show, and I love how macro friendly and delicious these cakes are - not to mention super easy to make! It is so gosh darn good with the apple sauce and egg whites and milk, but I've also made it only adding some water to reduce some of the macros, and it was still good! I enjoy these even when I'm not on prep, and have shared with so many friends when they say "this is so good - I need your recipe!".
