1 EGG WHITE

1/8 CUP OF MILK

(Cashew, Almond, or Dairy)

1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE

ADD SPRINKLES TO BATTER OR SAVE FOR ON TOP!

Mix in a 5x8 container and microwave for 2:30-2:40.

Bake in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes in a greased pan. Get creative with mini loaf pans, donut pans, bundt cake pans or cupcake pans.
